The still FACTORY ORIGINAL (non-refurbished) dial is in PERFECT condition. The glas is in perfect condition. The case is in great condition, in relation to the age of the watch. Please review the pictures as they are part of the description.

Full Set - Box, Papers, The box cover and another box that protects the box cover. (sounds crazy - well, it is.) We assembled a Vintage ecru leather strap to keep the grey Omega strap protected while wearing the watch. Both straps are included of course. The watch features a patinum dial (yes, real platinum) and a ceramic case which wears surprisingly well. The full watch is wonderfully constructed and tought trough. It wears well and comfortably, which i have to admit as a vintage collector. It was sold in 2016 as stated on the documents. ------- from our newsletter: Until now, our team assumed that when a watch brand starts adding model after model to a collection that they're just trying to milk a few more sales out of an old idea. However, that's not always the case and boy were we wrong this time. Omega developed their Vintage Speedmaster watch to a whole new level of modern watchmaking - its a great success. They somehow managed to shift the well know-wrist-feeling of their vintage watch line into this new model. This way the old feeling we all know gets a modern touch, instead of being lost. Generally speaking, Vintage Portfolio is not dealing with modern watches and has no intention to change this in future. We acquired this Grey Side of the Moon Speedmaster through a huge trade-in with another watch dealer - basically as an exception. Maximilian even refused to try this watch on, but after he did, he couldn't stop wearing it. The light weight ceramic case simply felt extremely comfortable. The little big secret of this watch is also the Solid Platinum dial not many people know of. We swapped straps to a Vintage Ecru one as we didnt want to "hurt" the factory original grey leather strap which is also solid within the Full Set of course.

Shipping Charges (Express Courier Service - tracked and fully insured)

- World Wide: 80 Euro and 3-6 working days (we ship a lot to customers in the US and Singapore)
We recommend the Express Courier Service as its much more reliable than a regular post office parcel.
If you decide to buy multiple watches for long term investment purposes, shipping is only charged once.
On average it takes us one or two working days to get the watch shipped. (We need to get it out of the bank vault, do a last check on proper function, pack it carefully and professionally and take it to the courier company. After the watch is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.)
Payment Method
You can place the order directly through the checkout system of our website (by pressing the green "buy button" to the right of the watch pictures). This checkout takes usually only 3-5 minutes and no registration (and also no login) is needed. You can choose between bank transfer, credit card (Master Card and Visa), paypal (+3.5%) or a cash payment when meeting personally in Vienna as payment options through this website checkout.
Some customers prefer to pay through bank transfer (bank wire) by simply exchanging bank and address details via email. This is still possible as it was our first and only payment option when we started the company in 2013. Ironically, its still the most used.
100% Customs Free within the European Union
You live within the EU:
We ship from Vienna (Austria) and shipments are 100% customs free to all countries within the EU. There are zero additional import duties. We guarantee for this. Examples for such EU-Countries are: Germany, France, Sweden and many more. We ship with DHL Express to these Countries. Again: shipments to all EU-Countries are 100% free of import duties.
You live outside of the EU (in the USA or Asia):
If you live in Switzerland (about +20%), England (Brexit) (about +20%) Norway, the USA (about +0-10%, depending on state-law, Japan (about +10%) customs fees (also called import duties) need to be paid. We ship a lot to these countries and are very experienced in handling all of the customs paperwork for you. This is a big relief for most customers. These customs fees need to be paid by the receiver of the parcel, usually when the Fedex delivery man hands it over on the doorstep. Vintage Portfolio is an official company and we cant under-declare watches as this would break the law. Also, it does not pay off in the long run, neither for the customer nor for us to cheat customs, as the punishments are extremely high for doing so. Please don’t even ask us to put a wrong value onto the parcel. That said, its absolutely possible to have a watch shipped customs free to friends and family within the EU. (In this case we of course believe that you will pay the necessary duties if you choose to pick up the watch and take it outside of EU territory, but this is then neither our matter nor our responsibility to check on any more.)
Return and Refund Policy
We accept Returns, if the watch is not as described. We also accept returns if you don't like the watch at all immediately after receiving it. You can choose whether you want to exchange it for a different watch or get your money back.

How long does it take you to make the watch ready for shipment?
It usually takes us one working day to take the watch to the postal service, as we need to get it out of our bank vault, do a final check on proper function, pack it carefully and send it out. A tracking link will be sent to you via email so that you can follow the shipment.
What will i receive along with my purchase?
- The watch itself (as visible on the pictures, described in the listing)
- an official company invoice (on which our warranties are stated)
- a Vintage Portfolio User Manual to your watch (please read it)
- and a Vintage Portfolio Watch Box. (These watch travel boxes are great to take two of your watches with you while travelling - so you can switch watches even while being abroad.)

Contact us via email, describe your issue and we will help as soon as possible and to the best of our abilities. Until now, we never left a customer behind and have no intention in changing this attitude in future. (Before you get in tough please dont forget to actually read the english “single page” user manual for your watch which will be inside the parcel, right beside the company invoice. Most questions will be already answered this way.)

We acquire watches mainly from collectors that built up a collection throughout their life and at some point decide to sell their watches, for instance, if their children don't pay attention to watches. Our trade margins are small as we operate as an online shop so we can pay well for good collections.
