You would like to order a vintage watch conveniently and securely? We’d be happy to help! We operate Vintage Portfolio mainly as an online shop and ship our watches worldwide with DHL Express and FedEx. We ship about three times per week. Every shipment is fully insured and can be tracked via a tracking number, so you can follow the shipment. Of course we bare all of the shipping risk, including the risk that the insurance company does not pay. If you are not happy with the watch after receiving it, you can exchange it or also return it for a full refund of your payment. Our processes are simple and fast, and without any headache for you as a customer. – That is exactly our intention: to make our customers so happy that they become returning clients who enjoy purchasing from us many times each year.

If you would prefer to personally view and compare watches before purchasing, you are very welcome to visit us in Vienna, Austria, in the heart of Europe. We are happy to arrange a personal appointment with Maximilian, the owner and founder, at our showroom at Sechsschimmelgasse 3, 9th district, Vienna. (Please note: For security reasons, all our watches are stored in an external bank vault and can therefore only be viewed via prior scheduling. There are no watches stored in our showroom.)

Please tell us with the exact product numbers of the watches you are interested in. These can be found directly the title of each watch-listing on our website (for instance vp1234, gm1234). This allows us to process your request faster and ensures we bring the right watches to our appointment.
